This document regulates the Privacy Policies within the app Seggac, and the respective websites seggac.com, app.seggac.com, www.icamos.com/seggac, and any subdomain or subdirectory related to the operations of the service described in seggac.com (hereinafter SEGGAC), owned by Icamos, S.A., which offers a platform to construction and real estate development companies for the organized registration of events or problems under construction, and to have a better control of the deliveries of built units and/or or properties.

Processing of personal and business data

The user accepts that through registration on the website, and by using the SEGGAC app, the system collects personal and company data, which will not be transferred to third parties without their knowledge and approval. SEGGAC guarantees the confidentiality of personal and business data provided by users. The collection and automated processing of personal and business data, as a result of browsing and/or registration on the Web page, has the following purposes: (i) the management and administration of the products and services offered on the web page, in which the user decides to register, use or contract; (ii) the quantitative and qualitative study of visits and use of services by users; and (iii) the sending by traditional and electronic means of information related to SEGGAC products and services and/or marketed on the website and any other SEGGAC project.

Some browsers save user and password information from web pages if the user enables it. This behavior is not a consequence of the use of SEGGAC, and must be controlled directly by each user.

Rights of Users in relation to their personal and business data
